He specializes in architecting, building, and deploying secure and reliable software to the cloud.

    Jennifer has been active in EMS and critical care medicine, including flight, for two decades. She brings leadership, patient care guideline development, and effective communication styles to educate and elevate clinical knowledge. Specialties include ECMO and pediatric transport. My passions include education, critical care, aviation, and therapy dog training. Jennifer holds a pilot’s license for rotor wing and currently has three Great Danes that are therapy dogs. Additionally, Jennifer has multiple publications and works on cognitive offloading and pediatric checklist research.

    Dr. Remle Crowe is an expert in EMS research and quality improvement. Dr. Crowe’s EMS career began with the Red Cross in Mexico City as a volunteer EMT and instructor. During that time, she also worked as a Powertrain Quality Engineer at Ford Motor Company where she received black belt training in the Six Sigma improvement framework. She earned her PhD in epidemiology from The Ohio State University through the National Registry of EMTs Research Fellowship and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications related to prehospital care and the EMS workforce.

    Dr. Jamie Kennel is a professor, paramedic, and department chair of the Emergency Medical Services department at Oregon Health and Science University and Oregon Tech where he teaches and conducts research on how racism impacts medical care and specifically the care provided by EMS providers. Dr. Kennel is also the co-founder of Equity Analytics Group which provides consulting to EMS agencies on the structural organizational changes required to mitigate racial treatment disparities so that all patients receive high quality EMS care.

    Joelle Donofrio-Ödmann, DO, is an Associate Professor at UC San Diego School of Medicine and the deputy chief medical officer for the City of San Diego and San Diego Fire-Rescue Department. She graduated cum laude from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed her pediatric residency at USC and LAC+USC Medical Center, followed by fellowships in pediatric emergency medicine at Harbor-UCLA and EMS at UC San Diego. Board certified in pediatrics, pediatric emergency medicine, and EMS, her research focuses on pediatric disaster and prehospital care for both adults and children.
